果个超大，平均单果重40克，最大单果重122克，可溶性固形物含量35％，最高达42.1%。口感酥脆、甜中带酸。果面红褐色,果皮薄、果肉细密、水分充足,甜度高于冬枣五个百分点,果实综合品质优于冬枣。 4月上旬萌芽，果实9月上旬脆熟，9月中旬即可采摘上市，成熟期比冬枣早熟7天左右。 自然坐果能力强，高接换头，当年嫁接，次年株产枣果5公斤左右，二年后亩产最高可达1吨以上。抗性极强，病虫害少。树势中庸，管理粗放，仅需一次环剥即可结挂果。 比冬枣耐储运，长途运输建议打冷和冷链为好，需要精心包装。 

Variety characteristics

The fruit is extra-large in size, with an average single fruit weight of 40g and a maximum of 122g. Its soluble solids content reaches 35% on average, peaking at 42.1%. It features a crisp texture with sweet-and-sour flavor. The fruit skin is reddish-brown, thin in thickness, with fine and dense flesh, abundant juice. Its sweetness is 5 percentage points higher than winter jujube, and the overall fruit quality is superior to winter jujube.

 It germinates in early April and reaches crisp ripeness in early September, ready for picking and marketing in mid-September, maturing about 7 days earlier than winter jujube. 

 This variety has a strong natural fruit-setting ability. For top grafting, fruiting can be achieved the next year with an individual yield of around 5 kg per plant. The maximum mu yield can exceed 1 ton two years after grafting. It boasts extremely strong stress resistance and few diseases and pests. The tree grows moderately with low management requirements; fruiting can be realized merely with one girdling treatment.

 It has better storage and transportation tolerance than winter jujube. Cold treatment and cold chain logistics are recommended for long-distance transportation, together with careful packaging.
