该品种为朱砂品种群优良品种，当年生小枝暗绿底色均匀洒绛红色晕，直上或斜出；花常2朵簇生，花蕾近阔卵形，无孔，堇紫色；花浅碗形；花瓣正反两面均匀堇紫色，整个开花过程中始终保持鲜艳色泽，基本不褪色；具有典型梅香；结实少；杭州地区盛花期2月中下旬。与同类品种相比，最大优点在于花型整齐饱满、排列规则，花色艳丽均匀、一致持久。

适种范围

适宜长江流域栽培应用。

Variety characteristics

This plant is an excellent variety of Cinnabar Purple Group. The current year’s branches has dark green background and evenly sprinkled with crimson halo, and straight or oblique. The flowers are often 2 clusters, the buds are nearly broadly ovate, without hole, violet-purple. Shallow bowl-shaped of flowers. The petals are evenly violet-purple on both sides, and keep bright color throughout the flowering process. It has typical plum fragrance; less fruiting. The full blooming in Hangzhou is mid-late February. Compared with similar varieties, the biggest advantage is that the flower shape is neat full and regular arrangement, the flower color is bright and uniform can consistent and lasting.
