该品种为朱砂品种群优良品种，花常2朵簇生，碟形，反扣；花瓣正反两面均为堇紫色，反面颜色略深于正面；花瓣多为圆形，边缘呈大波纹；雄蕊辐射着生，花丝白色；具有典型梅香；不结实。与同类品种相比，最大优点在于花反扣、二色。

适种范围

适宜长江流域栽培应用。

Variety characteristics

This plant is an excellent variety of Cinnabar Purple Group. The flowers are often 2 clusters, dish-shaped and reverse buckle. The petals are violet-purple on the both sides, and the reverse side is slightly darker than the front; the petals are mostly round and the edge is large ripples. Stamens radiate and filaments white. It has typical plum fragrance; not fruiting. Compared with similar varieties, the biggest advantage lies in flower reverse buckle and dichroism.

It is suitable for cultivation and application in the Yangtze River Basin.
