该品种为落叶灌木，高2～4米左右。叶嫩时亮深黄绿色，老时深黄绿色；花外被片金黄色，中被片带有紫晕，具有典型的腊梅花芳香。花期为12月下旬到1月中旬，可持续1个月。

适种范围

适宜长江流域栽培应用。

Variety characteristics

This variety is a deciduous shrub with the height about 2~4 meters. The young leaves are bright dark yellowish green and the old leaves are dark yellowish green; the outer tepals of flowers are golden yellow and the middle tepals are purple halo, with a typical fragrance of Chimonanthus praecox (L.)Link. The florescence is from late December to mid-January and can last for one month.

It is suitable for cultivation and application in the Yangtze River Basin.
