品种特性

此品种树干较直，分枝角度中等，树冠卵圆形，长势旺盛。叶片掌状5裂，叶片边缘有叶波，叶片尾状尖且旋转，像灵动的蝴蝶；当年生新梢浅红色，成熟叶绿色，变色期早，秋季叶片转橙色、红色，十分绚丽，可园林孤植、列植、片栽或山地丛植，是优良的秋季彩叶树种。可用于园林绿化观赏，制茶，其木材坚硬，为优良的建筑、家具、雕刻、细木工用材，树皮纤维可造纸及代用棉。

适种范围

适宜温带和北温带地区，我国东北、华北、西北、华东等地均可栽培。
