落叶矮化小乔木，株型卵形。树皮灰色，1年生小枝绿色、具褐色晕斑，2~3年生小枝褐色、光滑。叶长圆形、倒卵状圆形；叶面绿色，光滑无毛，叶背灰绿色。花蕾顶生、腋生；花大浓香；花被片肉质，外面粉红色，基部色深，瓣顶浅粉色，内面白色、浅粉色。花期3月下旬至4月上旬。果熟期8月。

适种范围

郑州、西安、杭州、成都及其气候环境相似区域（7-9区）。

Variety characteristics

     Deciduous dwarf small trees, ovate plant type. Bark gray, annual branchlets green, with brown halo spots, biennial to triennial branchlets brown and smooth. The leaves are oblong and obovate-rounded; Leaves surface green and smooth glabrous, and leaves back grayish green. Bud terminal and axillary; the flower is large and fragrant; tepal fleshy, pink outside, dark at the base, pale pink at apex, white and pink on the inside. Florescence from late March to early April , the fruit maturing is August.
